Procedure of Warranty
There are three key stages within the procedure of warranty:
Stage 1. Three month maintenance
- Maintenance inspection carried out 3 months from Practical Completion Inspection.
- Owner will meet with an Eden Brae Hew Home Care representative to inspect your new home during business hours (business hours Monday – Friday).
Stage 2.
- Any subsequent works from the inspection will be carried out as agreed with the owner.
- Maintenance works completed during business hours (business hours Monday – Friday).
