Eden Brae Homes have again been recognised as the NSW Region HIA Professional Major Builder of the Year. This prestigious award is given in recognition of the contribution that Eden Brae has made to the industry and the outstanding and industry leading service and quality offered to its customers.

Eden Brae Homes Wins Professional Major Builder Title.
Eden Brae Homes celebrated their success at the 2011 HIA CSR NSW Housing Awards on Saturday night. The Baulkham Hills company won the Professional Major Builder category (partnered by Argent Australia).
Judges commented on the overall professionalism of this builder. “Highlights that make Eden Brae a winner include a post hand-over maintenance program, assessment for innovation and continuous improvement are conducted monthly, development of a daily dashboard to assist with KPIs, strong charity support of Giant Steps, and encouragement and promotion in the use of apprentices,” they said.
Congratulating Eden Brae Homes on such an outstanding achievement, HIA’s NSW Executive Director, David Bare, said the awards were a tremendous display of the housing industry’s capacity, innovation and resilience in tough times.
“It is encouraging to see that in challenging market conditions HIA’s builders and designers have maintained their commitment to excellence. The high standard of entries shows that support for these awards has yet again been remarkable. Each year the bar is raised higher making the judging process all the more difficult.”
“Major winners tonight can look forward to progressing to HIA’s national awards next year and we wish them every success.”
The awards were held in front of a sell-out black-tie audience at the Sydney Convention Centre. Special guests included Minister for Planning and Infrastructure Hon Brad Hazzard; Hon Matthew Mason-Cox (representing the Premier); Brian Doherty, General Manager NSW, CSR Bricks and Roofing and HIA’s NSW President, Martin Walsh.
