Industry and customers applaud Eden Brae Homes
Eden Brae Homes has been named the 2012 HIA NSW Region Professional Major Builder of the Year at the HIA CSR NSW Housing Awards on October 20. In an outstanding achievement, Eden Brae Homes has won the Award for the sixth time since 2006.
This year’s awards ceremony applauded the building industry ‘right here right now’ and recognised the best in the industry for its innovation and resilience in tough times.
Eden Brae Homes Managing Director, Todd Symons, said the win was a great way for Eden Brae Homes to celebrate its success over the last twelve months.
“This is an outstanding achievement and recognition for all the hard work and dedication of all staff, subcontractors and suppliers. Through a program of targeted growth in the past year, we have continued to improve our performance and productivity benefiting not only our clients and business but the industry as a whole.
"We thank the loyalty and commitment of our loyal staff, contractors and suppliers who have worked hard to deliver the best major builder in the market to our customers,” Mr Symons said.
In addition, Eden Brae Homes was recognised for its new Waldorf 48 home design at Kellyville, which won the Display Home category ($350,001 to $450,000) in partnership with Beacon Lighting. The Waldorf 48 boasts four large bedrooms – each with ensuites and walk-in robes, a large functional kitchen with butler’s pantry and a generous alfresco area with timber décor.
Eden Brae Homes also won the Daily Telegraph Home magazine Readers Choice Award for its Cremorne 37 double-storey home design.
