History
Eden Brae Homes was established in 2000 to fill a void in the NSW Housing Market. Its aim is to offer a personalised boutique service, building quality homes at exceptional prices.
Efficiency and customer satisfaction is the key to our success and this is reflected in our pricing and outstanding timeline for administration and construction of the client’s home. This fresh approach and the use of quality inclusions in our homes have made the company well accepted by clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Eden Brae Homes offers a single line of responsibility for the delivery of homes from initial design, sales, administration, construction and maintenance. Homes sold comprise of contract homes, house and land packages and speculative homes. Eden Brae also incorporates a specialised division “Eden Brae Project” which provides a full array of services for medium density projects including design, construction and sales.
